SWEET HALLOWEEN!
At Agriturismo San Mattia’s restaurant the attention is on Pumpkins, inevitable and autumnal ingredient, symbol of Halloween.
At San Mattia the award winning chef, Alessandro Cogliati, proposes a special menu for supper:
Pumpkin flan with Parmesan sauce
Risotto with pumpkin and amaretti
Fresh pasta made with chestnut flour with pumpkin brunoise, rosemary and black pepper
At the end of the meal we will serve to the guests a big assortments of candies, muffins, candy apples, cakes and biscuits, hot spicy chocolate, grappa at the buffet.
The meal will be matched with San Mattia white or red wine.
We will be glade if the guests will be dress up for the Halloween party!
